To be used in combination with a tool rest such as the Veritas Grinder Tool Rest. Square a tool in the jig against an alignment pin and clamping thumbscrew, adjust projection for bevel angle, and slide back and forth across the stone face to sharpen. Nylon washers prevent galling, high-friction pads ensure solid clamping. Anodized hard aluminum with solid brass clamping bolts.
